I can replace parts for Vuly trampolines across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
Having assembled, dismantled and relocated hundreds of Vuly trampolines, I've become pretty familiar with what goes wrong, what can be replaced, and what's worth fixing.
And if it's beyond saving, I'll let you know!
NOTE: I work exclusively with VULY trampolines for parts replacement, including current and older models.
What can I repair or replace?
Many common trampoline problems can be solved by replacing individual components rather than buying an entirely new trampoline.
I can replace:
Safety nets
Jumping mats
Springs and leaf springs
Safety padding
Safety skirts (on Thunder models)
Frame or leg components
Accessories (such as shade covers, basketball sets, water misters and other Vuly accessories)
I DO NOT SUPPLY REPLACEMENT PARTS. These need to be purchased directly from Vuly – you can find the parts catalogue for every Vuly model HERE. Or you can sometimes find your part on Facebook Marketplace (but be extra sure that it is the correct part for your trampoline model and size).
How much do Vuly trampoline repairs cost?
Replacing a simple accessory like a shade cover is very different to dismantling most of a Thunder 2 to replace the jumping mat!
That's why I provide personalised, all-inclusive quotes rather than a fixed price for every type of repair.
The total cost depends on:
Your Vuly model and size.
Which parts need replacing.
The amount of disassembly and reassembly required.
The trampoline's age and overall condition.
Your location.
I have a minimum fee of $100, so it is often best to replace multiple parts at once (if one component is ready to be replaced, others will often be in need of a change as well).

I can replace parts for all Vuly trampolines, including the Flare, Ultra 2, Ultra 2 Pro, Thunder 2 and Thunder 2 Pro, as well as older models such as the Lift 2, Ultra, Thunder and Thunder Pro.

Anywhere in Brisbane and the surrounding towns (Ipswich, Logan, the Redlands, and Moreton Bay).
For special jobs, I’ll consider travelling to the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast (e.g., if the repair is included with a bigger job like a relocation).
Travel is factored into my job quotes (another reason for non-fixed prices, so I can be flexible for you).

No, I do not supply parts.
These need to be ordered directly from Vuly – you can find what you need for your trampoline model and size HERE, or you can contact them and use your details of your original purchase and they can order what you need!
You can also get lucky and find your required parts on Facebook Marketplace. But please be sure that it is the correct part for your exact model and size trampoline (parts are not interchangable between the current and legacy models).

I can only replace damaged parts with new parts. I have tried sewing damaged safety nets, but the deterioration usually continues around the sewed area (or on other parts of the net), so I no longer offer this service.

Older trampolines sometimes have hidden damage or seized components that aren't obvious from photos.
If I discover something that changes the scope or cost of the job, I'll discuss it with you before proceeding.
I won't carry out additional chargeable work without your agreement.

No, I can only repair Vuly trampolines.
But if your Springfree or other trampoline has reached the end of its useful life, I can DISMANTLE AND DISPOSE of it.

Absolutely!
Quite often I have replaced parts at the same time as relocating the trampoline.
It’s a cost-effective strategy to combine these services, as it is easy to replace parts while the trampoline is disassembled.
Please just fill out the form on the RELOCATION page, and mention in the comments which parts also need replacing (and then make sure to order those parts so they are available on the day of relocation).

I’ve had many lovely clients who have never seen my face!
As long as I have access to the trampoline and the new parts, you don’t need to be present.
I will update you via messages when I arrive and when the job is finished.
