As long as I have access to the trampoline and/or the location it needs to be assembled, you don’t need to be present.

I will communicate with you on the day to ensure everything is where you want it (and to give my ideas for what would work best).

(This also means you can be out of the house with the kids, and then bring them back to a big surprise!)

If you’ve got an older-generation Ultra, Lift, or Thunder sitting under the house that you want put back up, I can assemble that for you.

Or if you’ve got a secondhand trampoline off Facebook Marketplace or from a friend, and are not sure how to put it together, I can do that too!

I have a three-month warranty on all my assemblies. If you find a defect due to assembly (such as a leg being installed the wrong way, or a missing spring), just let me know and I’ll pop back around at no charge to fix it up.

This warranty does NOT cover manufacturing or material issues, such as wear and tear on the mat or safety net, rusted frames or springs, etc.

Simply, I am usually cheaper than the ‘official’ assembly service (due to there being no middlemen in the process).

Another benefit of using Brissie Tramps is that we organise a day and time before booking; compared to Vuly, where you purchase the assembly service and then wait to be contacted by one of their assemblers (the timing of which depends on what season it is and how busy they are).

I am also more flexible in terms of removing old trampolines, running to pick up parts if something doesn’t fit, and a host of other bespoke services to make sure the whole thing runs smoothly.

It’s absolutely true that ‘anyone’ (who is able bodied and can read instructions) can assemble their own trampoline. But, if it’s not something you normally do, it can be a long and painful endeavour.

I’ve heard many horror stories from clients about them or their partner putting together their previous trampoline – about how it took several hours, replete with swearing and arguing, and ended with a solemn vow to never touch a trampoline again – which have shown me just how valuable my service is!

I have experience and special tools that drastically speed up the assembly time; and I make sure everything is put together properly (I’ve taken apart many tramps for relocation or disposal that had bits of frame, springs, legs, or other parts incorrectly installed by the owner!).
